This multidisciplinary team is led by clinicians for clinicians, provide speech therapy services to clients across the lifespan in their Ivanhoe clinic and in the community around your location. You'll be supported by: Weekly 1:1 supervision provided by your team leader Group supervision provided every 3 weeks Team leads attend joint visits with clients if needed to ensure you are feeling supported Structured new graduate support schedule across your first year 4 week formal induction program - they focus on the development of their staff!
